They are so so helpful here. I first worked with Kayla when my ipad wouldn't turn on. It was stuck at the apple logo. Then I bought a newer upgrade with them and Tye & Tu-Sean were so helpful resetting my password and recovering the data and transferring it. I am thinking of upgrading my android phone in future.
